Anyone is allowed to place a comment under a post. If you desire to create a new post, and have previously not been authorized, please send an email to info@ncrbc.net
How This Works Part 2: Once your email has been loaded into the blog permissions, Google will send you an email verification. You will need to create a Google account if you do not already have one. After verification, you should be able to create a new post on the blog. The verification request will only stay active for a period. It is easy to send out a new invite/verification request.
